EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Our benefits administration product, BenefitShield, provides companies with
comprehensive benefits administration services as an optional service or as
provided by a partner broker. This service includes:
- Telephone and email support for management and administrative staff;
- Open Enrollment Execution, including preparation of materials, vendor
presentations, employee meetings and process administration;
- Initial enrollment audit to verify proper and accurate client set-up
and employee enrollment; and
- Online access to company-specific benefits portal housing forms and information
via the internet, on our website, BenefitShield.com.
BenefitShield also includes broker interface, plan review, and package analysis
for the new plan year. If contracted through a BenefitShield broker, the cost
of this service is in included in the commission.
