Deisy Bach
Founder, CEO

Deisy has over twenty years experience in human resources, with fifteen spent providing outsourced HR solutions to small and medium sized businesses throughout the US and Canada. Her experience encompasses most areas of human resources, including in-house and field support, call center, payroll, employee benefits, and HRIS implementation. During the course of her career, Deisy has successfully developed, implemented, and managed several departments, including an international division.

Deisy received her bachelors degree from Montclaire State University in Montclaire, New Jersey, where she majored in both political science and sociology. Deisy is also a paralegal, having completed one of the first ABA approved certificate programs in the country.

   

Ted Schwartz
HR / Safety Manger

Ted is an expert in safety compliance and is an authorized OSHA Outreach trainer. He has instructed hundreds of HRI clients and employees in the area of AB1825 harassment in the workplace, wage and hour laws, and many OSHA required classes such as illness & injury prevention, chemical hazards communication programs, and emergency action planning. Ted's responsibilities include training, investigations, mediation, research, and analysis.

In addition to eight years in human resources, Ted's diverse business background includes law enforcement, architecture. His human resources experience also includes strategic planning and goal setting, counseling, employee benefits, and payroll.

   
Fiona Parken
HR Manager

Fiona's focus centers primarily on field service, employee benefits, training, policy employee orientations, and providing direct support to staff, management, and owners. With more than ten years in the industry, she has had extensive experience with employee relations issues and mediation.
   
Donita Romero
HR Generalist
Donita is an HR generalist with an emphasis in payroll, employee benefits, and HR information system implementations. In addition, Ms. Romero has extensive experience with employee relations issues and onsite and group client trainings.  Ms. Romero has over 20 years of human resources experience.
