Deisy Bach, President & Founder
Bach founded HR Ideas in 2001 with a unique and effective strategy to serve small and mid-sized companies who have little or no human resources presence. Deisy leads the HRI team with a focus on superior customer service, "asking clients the right questions," and finding solutions that help clients protect and manage business assets effectively.
Deisy brings more than 20 years experience providing HR solutions to businesses throughout the US and Canada. Her experience spans all areas of human resources, including tactical and strategic human resources planning and execution, risk management, payroll, employee benefits and HRIS implementation.
Prior to founding HRI, Deisy was an executive in the PEO industry with TriNet, successfully developing and managing operations, and opening new divisions, including international offices. She is a certified paralegal and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Montclair University, Montclair, New Jersey.
Ted Schwartz, Safety & Training Manager
Ted Schwartz manages HRI's OSHA Shield and training departments, with an emphasis in investigations, mediation, and HR research and compliance. He has been instrumental in client OSHA remediation's and successfully represented HRI clients at OSHA hearings, often significantly reducing and eliminating fines. Ted has a diverse background in human resources, law enforcement, general contracting, and architecture, which makes him uniquely qualified in HR safety planning, goal setting, and compliance.
Ted has been in outsourced human resources for thirteen years. Prior to joining
HRI, Ted spent 15 years in architecture and general contracting, 16 years as
a police officer before retiring, and seven years providing human resources
services in the PEO industry. Ted has an AA degree in administration of justice
from Yuba College, Marysville, California, and has his OSHA outreach trainer
certification in OSHA 10 construction safety program and OSHA500 30 occupational
safety & health standards for construction
programs.
